Diversity Week: LGBTQ+ discussion session

Today (Thursday 19th March 2020) we ran an LGBTQ+ discussion session at lunch as part of our school’s Diversity Week programme, and it was great to see a few students come along! We spoke all about the community, educating each other and some sharing our own experiences. We also discussed how to improve LGBTQ+ awareness and support within school and what events we can organise in the future. And an unexpected bonus: rainbow cake!!
